Supporting leaders who are identified for promotion or development. The focus is on development of the personal competencies that are seen as making productive leaders capable of developing engaged teams.
Individuals who are assessed as being capable of performing in more senior roles are often placed in those roles with little or no preparation and then little or no support when they are in the role. The outcome is that this individual becomes far less productive and their performance suffers.
This coaching provides the support that will identify the capabilities and skills necessary for their new position. We will work with the individual to develop these in preparation for their move into a more senior position and post move to ensure they receive the support they need to be successful.
